Your email design possibilities are truly endless with our new Flodesk and Canva integration.

In this video, I'm gonna show you how to connect your Canva account to your Flodesk account and how you can access your Canva designs straight from the Flodesk email builder.

To get started, we're going to click on the icon in the top right and then click integrations.

Scroll down to Canva and click connect.

Now, if you're already logged into your Canva account, you'll be asked about permissions.

Go ahead and click allow.

If you're not currently logged in, you'll be prompted to sign in or to create a new account.

There we go.

Our Canva account is connected.

So let's go use our Canva designs inside of an email.

I'm gonna come over here to Flodesk.

And here in the emails tab, I have a few options.

I can either create a brand new email using one of Flodesk's beautiful email templates, or I can modify an email that I'm already working on.

For this example, I'm gonna use one of my existing emails.

Now here in the Flodesk email builder, I can access my Canva designs in a couple of different blocks.

Any block that contains an image, I will be able to access Canva.

So that can include layout blocks, image blocks, pull blocks, and more.

For this example, let's go ahead and grab an image block.

I'm gonna click on the image, and then over here on the right hand side, I have a drop down.

I click on that drop down and select Canva.

Once I've selected Canva, I'm going to click add design and a pop up will appear with all of my Canva designs in it.

So I'm going to go ahead and scroll down and choose this design.

Now, if your design has more than one page in it, you will have the option of choosing which page you want to use in your Flodesk email.

I'm gonna go ahead and use this one.

It's gonna take a few minutes, but then it will upload the design into your email.

Perfect.

So now, let's say you wanna make changes to this design.

To do that, I can do this by coming over here, hovering over the design, and I'll see an edit in Canva button.

Go ahead and click on that button.

This will open the Canva Designer straight from my Flodesk email builder.

I'm gonna go ahead and make any changes I want to this design.

Once I'm done, I'm gonna click the return to Flodesk button at the top.

And then, after a few seconds, my edited design will appear in my Flodesk email.

There we go.

Perfect.

I can also create a brand new design directly from the email builder here in Flodesk.

I'm gonna click on the plus sign.

I'm gonna grab another image block and do the same thing.

Click on the image drop down, Canva, and click add design.

If I wanna create a brand new design, I simply create new design in Canva, and I am given a blank canvas that I can use a template from or create whatever I want to.

Just for this example, I'm gonna go ahead and grab this here and then make some changes to it.

And when I'm ready, I'll click the return to Flodesk button.

This brand new Canva design will be added to my Flodesk email.

And there we go, right here in the Flodesk email builder, truly making all of my design possibilities endless.
